and events and other places that are appropriate

do have some sort of picture taking capabilities,
i.e. camera phone, digital camera, disposable
camera and I understand that I must take and
submit pictures of my work throughout the city
at each location to provide proof that
I am distributing these materials as instructed. |

agree to submit in writing, via email, instant
messenger or text messaging the name and general
address or intersection of each location I choose
to distribute the materials
as soon as the are distributed,
to accompany the pictures. |

understand that in some cases I can create my
own hours but will have to distribute the set
amount of materials per week as instructed. |

understand that I am to gather the email addresses
of as many people as possible of whom I meet
while promoting and of those who may be interested
in our efforts, organization or client being
promoted. I understand that I am to submit the
list of address via email, text messaging or
instant messenger each week to us. |

understand that if I fail to implement this
